Are you looking for your CEU certificate?
Complete all of the quizzes associated with the presentations you attended. Once you are done, gather all of your post-conference quizzes.
Email a list of the presentations you attended along with
the passing quizzes to michael@gatewayfamilyservices.org
Here are your steps to obtain your certificate.
Once we receive that information and verify the passing scores, we will email you a certificate of completion. We do suggest that you maintain copies of your quizzes along with your official certification for your records.
